By commenting that out you now are not receiving IP updates from the 
Allstar nodes servers. Not good. It probably would be a good idea to
run a copy of the script manually  with dry_run=1 and verbose=1 and try 
to determine why it's printing [extnodes] on your console.
The [extnodes] output should be going to a the nodes list file and not 
the console.
