[App_rpt-users] Odd CTCSS behavior on RTCM

You may in fact need a transistor circuit. The RTCM CTCSS needs to have very near rail voltages. If your radio isn’t pulling the CTCSS input to very close to zero volts it won’t work. So do check your CTCSS output while connected to the RTCM. Make sure it goes to zero and build a circuit if not. I like to use VN10K’s for that.
