[App_rpt-users] I/O using parallel port

This format is correct:
> 8401=cop,61,pp2=0
> 8411=cop,61,pp2=1

You do not need to set-up output pins in usbradio unless you are using
them for PTT or COR etc.

The pins float when not in use and  go to ground when active/on.
You may need to invert the logic and buffer to switch higher current levels.
