[App_rpt-users] wifi on the RPI - 3

I did check the DL link I posted, it works fine.
There is no Asterisk command to "connect its wifi with my wifi system"
Since you are not running DIAL and you are on a Raspberry Pi, You need 
to follow Roberts suggestion.
