[App_rpt-users] Getting details of AllStar Node from the Node ID

The only public API I am aware of is this Allmon script.
https://github.com/tsawyer/allmon2/blob/master/astdb.php

It grabs the whole node list not just one node. But if you cron it to run
once a day then you can parse the result often as needed.
